Adolescence in an important transition from childhood to adulthood. It is a period of physical and psychological development in which thought and behavior reflect personal awareness. Girls in particular are vulnerable to the negative stressors of adolescents which may result in anxiety, depression, promiscuous behavior, body image issues, and eating disorders. Therefore, it is critical to build healthy habits, increase self-confidence, and learn healthy ways to manage stress. Audubon Girls Rock program is intended to encourage cooperation and esteem among our adolescent girls. The program is offered to girls aged 8 to 15 on the first Monday of every month from 6:15 pm to 7 pm. This service is free but requires registration to ensure adequate space. Please call the office to register.
